WILDERNESS LEADERSHIP RETREATS
We are in a wilderness setting for MOST of our Leadership retreats. This environment helps get participants out of their regular “head space” and into a common ground with other participants –a level playing field. Having the raw power of the outdoors as our back drop we have better opportunities to tap into the FLOW state that comes from our primal response to the environment we are in.
