We are in a wilderness setting for MOST of our Leadership retreats. This environment helps get participants out of their regular “head space” and into a common ground with other participants –a level playing field. Having the raw power of the outdoors as our back drop we have better opportunities to tap into the FLOW state that comes from our primal response to the environment we are in.
OVER THE PHONE – ONE ON ONE COACHING ENGAGEMENTS
We coach one on one over the phone with many of our clients seeking support that is only a phone call away. These are mostly scheduled events but some clients opt to have direct access to our personal mobile phones for flexible availability.
ONSITE BUSINESS ENGAGEMENTS / 360degree CORPORATE ASSESSMENTS
Our team will visit your place of business /organization to run a tailored program that best suits your needs. For example we may be hired to assess the “State of the Nation” and bring all stakeholders into the conversation or we may be tasked with assessing whether all stakeholders are “in the right position” for their skill-set and values. We offer an even deeper MINDSET evaluation for the entire operation to identify organizational health from the ground up.
